It is important for me to spend some time with  you so I can show you the right  homes and guide you in the right direction to meet your goals. I will also make sure you have everything you need to make an offer once we find that perfect home.
  • I will then start looking for homes that meet your needs so that you will know about them as quickly as they come on the market.
  • I will spend time with you to make sure you understand all the paperwork and the process of buying a home. I will always make myself available to you for any questions that may come up.
  • I will set up appointments for us to go and see the homes you are interested in.  Show you homes in a effective and professional manner.
  • Provide comparable sales data so you have a clear understanding of the market and the value of properties in the area you are interested in.
  • I will explain, handle, and execute the proper handling of your earnest money deposit.
  • Remember, I am working for you and have a fiduciary responsibility to always work with your best interest in mind.
